Comment:

PPP is a chronic dermatosis affecting the palms and soles characterized by the eruption of sterile pustules with a minimal degree of inflammation of the surrounding skin.
A seronegative spondyloarthritis may accompany the cutaneous eruption with the following features:
  • sacroiliitis
  • spondylitis
  • discitis
  • arthritis
  • sterno-clavicular arthropathy
